Attorney Mark Trimble was recently part of the panel regarding Hot Topics in Claims that the Ohio insurance industry is facing at the Ohio Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (OAMIC) annual meeting. Mr. Trimble was one of four industry leaders that spoke regarding a wide range of issues facing insurance companies and specifically claims and litigation issues in Ohio. Of special interest was the impact of Social Inflation and Nuclear Verdicts upon claims processing.
