In an admitted liability case, the fight was over damages—and our team delivered. The jury rejected the opposing party’s position on damages and returned a verdict at less than half of the opposing party’s last demand and still well below our client’s last offer.
The defense also swept the board before trial, prevailing on every motion in limine and obtaining partial summary judgment on additional claims.
