November, 2024 – Back to Back to Back Trial Wins for Attorney Trimble

Mark Trimble recently tried and won a business litigation case in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas.  This case involved a long term triple net lease with multiple renewals.  There was a question whether the initial lease was entered into properly, but the Court determined that the tenant accepted the terms of the lease pursuant to its long-term usage and pattern of behavior.  The main issue in this case was the lack of maintenance upon the building by the tenant.  Further, the tenant improperly terminated the lease.  The verdict rendered was in favor of Mark’s client in the amount of $322,482.42.   Congratulations Mark!
