Mark Trimble is victorious again! Mark tried a case in the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas in September, 2024. The Defendant/Client was a farmer who was operating a pick-up truck along with a soybean header on a trailer northbound on State Route 49. He was making a left-hand turn at night onto a County Road. The Plaintiff was operating a motorcycle in the same direction and pulled around the Defendant. The impact occurred in the southbound lane of State Route 49 to the side of the pick-up truck.
This case proceeded to the jury on the issue of liability only. The jury found that there was no negligence upon the Defendant. Way to go Mark!
