Todd Zimmerman was successful again in a jury trial involving a motor vehicle accident tried in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas (Stromley v. Wombold). The Plaintiff maintained she sustained injuries to multiple body parts and continued to have ongoing pain at the time of trial (over 5 years later). The jury found against the Plaintiff and delivered a verdict far less than the Plaintiff’s last demand (and again less than the last offer before trial).
