Todd Zimmerman received a favorable verdict in a jury trial in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas (Mohler v. Bilal). The jury determined that an alleged achilles tendon tear and surgery was not caused by a motor vehicle accident and returned an award lower than the pre-trial offer. Prior to trial the Plaintiff never demanded anything less than policy limits.
