is currently of counsel at Rohrbacher Trimble & Zimmerman Co., L.P.A. and has been in practice in the Toledo area for 45 years.  His passion and practice is focused on the areas of business/corporate law, advising small to medium businesses, estate planning and probate, and real estate.  Over the years he has handled just about every kind of issue related to businesses from formation to winding down and everything in between.  As a result, he has developed a specialty in handling complex real estate matters and also made estate and succession planning a focus of his practice to best advise clients on matters both within and beyond their business matters.
