is admitted to practice in both Ohio and Florida and currently focuses his practice on estates and estate planning.  In addition to his law degree, he has an LLM in taxation and that combined with the admission to Florida’s bar is particularly useful in advising Ohio residents considering or having made a move to Florida on the potential tax and estate advantages to Florida residency.  He has probated estates in more than half the counties in Florida as well as most of Ohio’s 88 counties.  Having spent an extensive amount of his earlier years handling complex business matters, he is well suited to handle the nuances of estate planning of any complexity level.
