has been a shareholder with RTZ since 1996 and currently serves as the firm’s President.  Administrative duties aside, he maintains a fulltime practice litigating primarily insurance, business and commercial related cases, but he’s always up for a good fight involving other subjects.  He has tried over 200 jury trials in his career – at one point winning 72 consecutive trials.  In turn, among other honors, he has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer in the field of litigation.  When not litigating, Mark also spends time in his practice advising businesses and construction companies on how best to succeed.
