Richard Griffin joined RTZ’s Columbus office in 2025 with a track record of successfully representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a range of civil and criminal matters. At RTZ, Richard’s practice focuses primarily on insurance defense and civil litigation, and he approaches each case with a clear strategy and a focus on achieving the results his clients need—efficiently and effectively.

A native of Central Ohio, Richard earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University’s Max M. Fisher College of Business and his J.D. from Capital University Law School. His roots in the region fuel his commitment to serving the community and supporting its continued growth.
