was founded in 1950 as Cobourn Notnagel Smith & Moran, by Frank M. Cobourn, Leland H. Notnagel, Fred A. Smith and Edward R. Moran, prominent attorneys in the areas of business and corporate law, civil litigation, and taxation. Vernon E. Rohrbacher, the father of Matthew Rohrbacher – one of the senior members of the firm, was one of the firm’s first associates when the firm was founded and the Rohrbacher name has been part of the firm since the 1960s.
We had many name changes over the more than 70 years since then and adopted Rohrbacher Trimble & Zimmerman Co., L.P.A. in March, 2023.
